We are back from our wonderful first family holiday! We spent a couple of days at Berry to celebrate our anniversary, and all 3 of us had so much fun!
Grand Pacific Drive & Seacliff Bridge on the way to Berry
Hampden Bridge at Kangaroo Valley - the oldest surviving Suspension Bridge in Australia (We like bridges!)Izzy with her favourite toy Bunny (well the only one she really takes any notice of!)
Flying is way more fun!
Flying is way more fun!
And here's the lovely cottage we stayed in at Jaspers Brush about 5 minutes out of Berry...Isn't it just made for me?!
Love the weatherboard and french doors & windows
Love the view
Love the interiors! The walls are Porters "Manuka" (Yes I did ask the owners!). It is a beautiful grey green which turns quite brown at night.
Ohhh so sweet. The sofa is the Ektorp from Ikea and the rug is from Armadillo - my favourite! (Yes I do check the tags of everything it's becoming an obession!)
Thanks Berry for a lovely holiday :)
I love that part of the world. When I lived in Sydney (many moons ago) the Highlands was part of my work area, and I always managed to spend more time shopping and browsing than actually working! Looks like a gorgeous place for a holiday - and your little one is gorgeous too! K xx
ReplyDeleteThat photo of your daughter asleep on you is so precious! What a beautiful place to stay - I love the way it's been decorated.
